Since 1963, Regina Nursing Center has been a privately owned, not-for-profit, faith based organization that offers comprehensive skilled nursing care to the mentally and physically handicapped, the chronically ill, and the aged. Our dedicated, fully trained staff makes every effort to see that residents receive the care, attention, and interaction that is so vital to their health and well-being. In addition to the attending physicians and registered nurses we have on staff, we also have certified recreational therapists, who provide the physical attention each resident needs. Regina is a fully certified Medicare and Medicaid institution. Regina's services include: • Restorative Nursing Programs • Respiratory Care • Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapies* • Personal Care • Short-Term Recuperative Care At Regina, the goal is to meet each resident's emotional, spiritual, social and physical needs in an environment of caring and love. We have created an atmosphere where residents are involved in a diverse selection of activities that provide physical and mental stimulation while providing complete medical care. Our facility is located on a large campus in Norristown, Pennsylvania and is home to 121 residents. Resident rooms have views of the property, single-sized beds, and ample closet and dresser space to store clothes and various keepsakes. Our fully equipped kitchen provides nutritional and healthy meals and we can customize meals according to specific diets. Meals are served in our attractive and spacious dining room. A charming outdoor terrace is a wonderful place for residents to relax on a warm day. An active security system surrounds the facility, including alarms on all doors and security cameras outside the facility. A professionally trained security staff, on duty from 5pm until 9am, ensures the safety and security of all Regina's residents. *Provided by an outside concern, based on resident need.
